Payment Security:

Payment Process:

When you place an order on our website, we will authorise your payment method for the total amount of the order. This is to ensure that the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will charge your payment method for the total amount of the order.

 

If your payment method is declined, we will contact you to provide an alternative payment method. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to India based on the current tax rate i.e. 18%. The sales tax will be calculated at checkout and will be included in the total amount of the order.

 

Payment Disputes:

If you have a dispute with a payment or an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
